Are you looking for a rewarding CWI Welding Inspector position? We are seeking highly skilled and motivated CWI AWS Certified Welding Inspectors to join our team.
Responsibilities:Conduct welding inspections on construction sites and/or at fabrication shops to ensure compliance with building codes and welding procedure requirements Review projects plans and specificationsMaintain accurate records and documentation of all inspections and certificationsCommunicate inspection results and findings to project managers and clientsTravel to job sites throughout the 5 boroughs of New York City as needed
Requirements:Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification from the American Welding Society (AWS)ICC Structural Steel and Bolting NDT certifications, including UT and MT and PT (preferred)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent written and verbal communication skills
