KUNZ aims to to be the world leader in model-based design, engineering and construction management for complex capital programs, specializing in parametric design, integration, simulation, and data analytics for the global construction industry.
As Design Data Analyst you are responsible for the evaluation and analysis of architecture, structure, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and communication systems designed in REVIT and related modeling platforms for a global program of datacenters. You will work in conjunction with the design, engineering, and construction teams to drive objectives for quality, cost, schedule, functional requirements, DFMA, and design for serviceability.
Activities include BIM management, development and implementation of product and work breakdown structures, model-based QTO and program analytics, and presentation of model analysis for lessons learned and portfolio management.
Desired qualifications include a degree in architecture or civil engineering and proficiency in Autodesk REVIT.
