We are looking for a highly organized, multitasker with hands-on QuickBooks Online experience to join our finance team.
The ideal candidate has experience managing both accounts receivable and accounts payable processes with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- ResponsibilitiesPrepare, post, verify and record payments.
- Enter financial data including invoices, expenses and payroll data into accounting software/CRM/spreadsheets.
- Ensure invoices and payments are correctly processed in a timely manner.
- Address and correct any discrepancies in accounts and billing.
- Assist Controller in reconciling accounts each month.
- Manage overdue accounts.
- Process credit card payments.
- Create reports regarding customer accounts as needed.
- Assist with analysis of data and reports at month end, quarter end, and annual financial reporting.
