Returns Associate
Work Hours: Scheduled, some overtime Facility: Telecom and Summit Location; AdvoCare is a Good Manufacturing and Documentation Practices (GMP) environment Job Summary & General Duties: Handling incoming product shipments received via FedEx, USPS, UPS or Will Call regarding returns and/or resignations. Research and record information pertaining to product being returned because of defects, wrong address, amount, damaged or quality issues. Follow company GMP’s and SOP’s at all times Follow company safety policies and procedures
AttributesInterpersonal Skills Problem-Solving Skills Self-Motivation Efficient Detail-Oriented Team Player Reliable The ability to multitask Computer Literacy Knowledge and Skills Preferred: High School Diploma/GED? Minimum of 1 year working experience
