Exciting opportunity for a Software Developer - Java for a long term contract position with our direct client in Philadelphia, PA. In this role you will work 3 days in the office. Experience required includes: 3+ years of development experience with proficiency in JavaBA/BS in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent knowledge acquired by work experience and training. Development skills in MVC, REST, SOAP, Web servicesFamiliar with JavaScript, Oracle, SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, Team Foundation Server. Familiar with performance, scalability, security, and testing applications. Familiar with various design and architectural patterns. Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable applicationUnderstanding of Agile application development. Self-starter with good analytical skills. The ability to drive solutions to completion. Written and oral communication skills. Ability to contribute tasks in building technical project schedules
Skill:Mandatory:Java Full Stack and understanding of AWS lambdas/Lex is a plus Required Skills: 3+ years in the following: Java Development experienceJava 11+SpringExperience working with microservices architectureKafka for messagingStrong understanding of SDLCDatabases: Oracle or SQL Server
