This position works out of our Temecula, CA location in the Abbott Vascular Division. Our medical devices help more than 10,000 people have healthier hearts, improve quality of life for thousands of people living with chronic pain and movement disorders, and liberate more than 500,000 people with diabetes from routine fingersticks. Abbott Vascular provides innovative, minimally invasive, and cost-effective products for treatment of vascular disease.

ONSITE OPPORTUNITY - 7AM-4PM APPROXIMATELY - POSITION SUPPORTS GLOBAL SO WORK HOURS MAY VARY.

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE

Core Job Responsibilities

Facilitates alignment with key stakeholders for market expansions. Supports marketing launch strategies by implementing appropriate business processes, scheduling in-service meetings and communication. Coordinates the setup of training required products prior to launch. Audits Product Lifecycle team activities and develops proposals to drive long-term improvements in process design and implementation. Coordinates the release of and maintains accuracy of product catalogsDevelops and maintains internal product lifecycle knowledge centerCompletes daily work to meet established schedules with guidance from supervisor on prioritization of tasksMay exercise authority and judgment within pre-established limits and approval to determine appropriate action. Begins establishing and cultivating a network of internal resources to facilitate completion of tasks. Resolves project issues by working with team members, project customers, and others as appropriate. Assist with pre-launch and discontinuation planning activities as required. May lead a project team of moderate scope.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors Degree plus 0-2 years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experienceExcellent communication skillsWorking technical knowledge and application of concepts, practices and procedures. General understanding of business unit/group function. Will perform this job in a quality system environment. Failure to adequately perform tasks can result in noncompliance with governmental regulations.(Cognitive Skills) Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Working knowledge of MS Office SuiteProject management skills a plusMedical devices experience a plus

The base pay for this position is $48,000.00 – $96,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
