Responsibilities of Operations Support Process Specialist - chemical manufacturing :Responsible for their capital improvements and designing new manufacturing process and equipment. Proposing ideas for improving manufacturing processes and maintenance operationsDirect the implementation of process and equipment changes to maximize productivity. Ensure there are no problems with the operation and production of the entire plant. Lead and work with the maintenance department and outside vendors to assure that equipment, tools, and instruments are in proper working order and repaired or inspected in a timely manner. Other duties as required by management.
Requirements of Operations Support Process Specialist - chemical manufacturing :MUST read and blueprints or CAD drawings. (P&IDs or PFD)B.S. in Engineering is required. Several years of work experience in chemical process plant or other similar chemical plant. (Polymer, Resin, Urethane and Ethylene etc.)Microsoft Office software and Excel spreadsheets skills are needed.
