Financial Director

Job Title: Finance Director, FP&A & Strategic FinanceLocation: San Francisco, CA,Duration: 6 months contract (Potential to extend)

The main function of a financial analyst is conduct quantitative analyses of information affecting investment programs of public or private institutions. Education/Experience o Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related financial discipline required. An advanced degree in a financial discipline is preferred. o 8+ years financial and/or accounting experience required Responsibility level o Exercises independent judgment with direction from supervisor Skills o Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking (Required) o Ability to work independently and manage one’s time (Required) o Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses (Typically required) o Knowledge of economic and accounting principles, the financial markets, and reporting of financial data (Typically required) o Knowledge of federal, state, and company policies, procedures and regulations as related to accounting (Required) o Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and any other related financial software (Required)
