Great opportunity for a Bookkeeping role in Indiana for a stable Manufacturing Company. Location: Whitestown, IndianaDirect Hire: Pay rate: $20.00 - $22.00
Duties/Responsibilities:Assist with the preparation of financial statements. Record Account Reconciliations. Record Accounts Payables. Perform Bank Reconciliation Month End tasks.
Required Skills/Abilities:Strong data entry skills. Knowledge of Bookkeeping procedures. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Effective time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, as well as QuickBooks.
Education and Experience:At least two years of Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable experience. Associate degree in business, Economics, or related field with coursework in accounting, Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable required. Previous experience in Bookkeeping is preferred.
