Role Overview: This role is 100% local with no expected travel, while offering the unique opportunity to work directly for a developer on exciting ground-up projects within the multifamily space. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for managing projects from inception to completion, this role is could be for you!
Key Responsibilities:Oversee new ground-up multifamily projects, including garden-style and mid-rise developments. Manage wood-frame constructions of 250/350+ units with amenities, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Contribute to our exciting company culture and make your mark on challenging projects.
