Operations Manager | Allentown, PA Area | up to $155,000 | FIRST SHIFTAegis Worldwide is currently partnered with a manufacturer near the Allentown, PA area that is looking to hire on an Operations Manager! We are looking for candidates with management experience for the manufacturing industry and who have a strategic mindset. Please read below for more details on this position.
DIRECT HIRELOCATION: near Allentown, PASHIFT: 6:45A-4:00P, Monday-FridayPAY: up to $155,000 with a 15% bonusBENEFITS: Medical, dental, vision, 401K match, annual bonus
Responsibilities:Drive continuous improvement initiatives and projects. Review production schedules, ensuring that customer deadlines are met. Recommend capital improvement projects and scrap reduction activities. Assist in directing plant activities, aiming for optimization of machinery and equipment. Evaluate employee performance, recommending candidates for hire, promotion, demotion, transfer or termination. Requirements:Management experience within a large-scale manufacturing environment is required. Bachelor's degree in management or a related field is strongly preferred. Experience working within a strategic-level management position.
