Pay Rate - $50 - $70/hr Location: San Diego, CA
ABOUT THE ROLE: Seniority Level/Target years of experience: 3-5 years of experience or more. Top 3-5 Technical Skills:Must have experience with slurmMust have experience with GPU cluster environmentMust have experience with HPC Must have experience with Docker Previous Biotech experience a plus but not required. Project Scope/Details/Responsibilities : 3–6-month contract for someone to come in part time and help optimize their slurm configuration. This person will need to re-build the system and pipelines. This will need to be built offline and then deployed. Will need to be onsite during work hours whenever needed on their end (likely about 25% of the time).
