Akkodis is seeking a – Project Coordinator for a Contract position with a client located in Remote.
Pay/Salary Range: $30-$35/hr. (Depends upon experience)
Job Description•Support a service desk and trouble ticket resolution, executing up to (5) service tickets per week•Ensure smooth communication and problem resolution to clients.•Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.•Process transactions in Learning and Certification Derivative Works tool•Process weekly billing reports to third party vendor for invoicing.•Prepare credit requests, as needed.•Reconcile monthly transactions using Excel, experience with Pivot tables and vlookup is required.•Intermediate skills MS Applications, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint•Passionate about technology and excited about learning new systems.•Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex technical problems and ensure timely resolution. Nice to Have•Experience in customer support•Experience in Salesforce lightning•Experience using Jira for software project
