Job Responsibilities

- We are looking for an exceptional technical program manager to bring the company’s newest Artificial Intelligence products to market.
- Work with PMO to create a project charter/scope and plan with financial, resource and material requirements.
- Work closely with engineering , product management, , customer success team, and marketing to scope and deliver product portfolio features.
- You'll manage the execution to the plan by setting the pace and orchestrating across teams.
- Create and manage the project schedule to deliver successful outcomes for your products.
- Manage the critical path.
- Define and assign project outcome metrics.
- Regularly review with stakeholders & and create action plans when needed.
- Create and present succinct status reports for leadership.
- This requires synthesizing information and tailoring content to the right level of audience.
- Facilitate weekly program execution meetings .
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Technical Knowledge: No coding required, but understanding architectural concerns, risk mitigation, dependencies, and the ability to challenge the team. Must manage schedule deadlines and have technical program management experience with SaaS engineering products. End-to-End SaaS Product Experience: Must have comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of the product, from gathering requirements to understanding dependencies, architectural choices, and security considerations. Experience with third-party tools and close collaboration with engineers is essential. Collaboration: Will work with directors, product managers, and engineering leads, not limited to Gen AI but also involved in Cloud SaaS product development. Technical Program Management Experience: Requires 8+ years of technical program management experience in a SaaS background, with hands-on involvement in the full product lifecycle. Product and Technology Savvy: Must possess strong product knowledge and be technologically adept.
