Description
GENERAL DESCRIPTIONJob Summary: The Community Resources Coordinator (CRC), under the ultimate direction of theFacility Director through supervision by the Employment Placement Specialist (EPS), is responsiblefor assisting the EPS with resident employment related assignments, services, contacts, resources anddocumentation. The CRC must work a 40 hour week. Extensive travel required. The CRC must work a40 hour week and perform 24 hour on call crisis services as Staff Duty Officer (SDO) as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Knowledge:• Community resources and services• Population served• Record maintenance practices and proceduresSkills In:• Communicating effectively orally and in writing• Planning and organizing program activitiesEDUCATION REQUIREMENTS• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services or related field and experience with population served• High School Diplomas and experience in field may be considered in lieu of college degreeLICENSES AND CERTIFICATION• Valid Driver’s License• Proof of Auto Liability Insurance if required• Proof of education and credentials will be required for employment• Must pass NCIC and SLED checks
