Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced developer to build out our web-based software platform. The developer will be responsible for implementing the front-end and back-end infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, and scalability. This role requires strong knowledge and experience in web development, as well as expertise in the following: Front-end development using HTML, CSS, and Vue. JSAs one of the earliest engineering hires, you’ll take on a lead role with vast ownership across one of our stacks. We are tackling challenging and important problems, and need engineers who can operate well in ambiguity and come to a great solution. As an engineering team, we believe strongly that empathy improves our solutions. Seeing people use the product is a priority and the way we get to the right answer. Engineers will have the opportunity to work closely with our team onsite to understand the variety of use-cases that Care Predictor serves. We value strong ownership on our team, while also being highly collaborative and always seeking input and feedback. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you’ll use a variety of programming languages and technologies to scale our platform to handle terabytes of data being ingested across a variety of data sources. You will own projects from pixels to database queries. About You8+ years’ experience building, testing, and managing web-based applications. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience. Comfortable navigating large codebases and building multi-tenant systems. Back-end development with languages such as Python, PHP, or Typescript. Database management and integration. API design and integration. Experience with developing, deploying, and maintaining systems on AWS.Experience with Agile/Scrum. Experience with GIT and pull request procedures. Experience with JIRA Project ManagementShipped and iterated production-grade software components in your professional career and/or the open-source community. Write robust, well tested, documented, and well-designed code that frequently gets deployed to users. Job Type: Full-timePay: $120,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
