Title: Workday Developer
Location: Melville/Long Island
Salary: $80,000-$90,000
Overview:We are seeking a talented Workday Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Workday integrations, reports, and custom solutions. You will work closely with Human Resources, Payroll, and IT teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality Workday solutions that meet business needs.
- **The position is based on site (Mon-Fri) at our Melville/Long Island headquarters. Candidates must reside in/near Long Island and/or be comfortable with the daily commute requirements.
Responsibilities:· Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, and other integration tools· Develop custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards in Workday· Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs· Develop and maintain Workday custom solutions using Workday Business Process Framework (BPF)· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday integrations and custom solutions· Participate in testing and deployment of Workday solutions· Stay up-to-date with Workday releases and new features and provide recommendations for process improvements
Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field· 3+ years of experience in Workday integrations and custom development· Experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Workday Report Writer, and Workday Business Process Framework· Strong understanding of Workday HCM data model and business processes· Ability to work independently and in a team environment· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Schedule: Monday- Friday, 9 am-5 pm
