Event Coordinator, Transportation Partner Experience

The Transportation Partner Experience Events team is seeking an Event Coordinator to play a foundational role across our suite of global events. Your responsibility as an event coordinator will include managing event contract and financial approvals, leading event customer service and communications, supporting our event technology team with event website building & testing, and supporting critical Tier 1 event workstreams like F&B, Swag or staffing and supporting on site at events as needed.

The ideal candidate has foundational experience in event management is a communicator, is detail oriented and has project management/organizational skills. This person will be able to effectively work within a small team, while rolling up their sleeves and getting stuff done – no detail will be too small and they'll never say "that's not my job". They’ll obsess over details, display poise and sophistication in fast-moving situations, embrace ambiguity, and deliver results.

Key job responsibilities

• Create and manage all event inboxes and act as customer support lead for event related needs Contract/Approval routing management Creating Purchase Orders & reconciling financials Manage and organize swag globally Create and manage event team central resources Lead all event coordination with for in office streaming across applicable Tier 1 events.
• Coordinate and manage team offsite events Manage/captain executive handling at all TPX events creating detailed schedules, calendar holds, communication as needed.
• Tier 2 event website lead helping to manage creation, design and testing.
• Post event survey creation & testing Up to 25% travel required

The Transportation Partner Experience team builds innovative and engaging community-focused products for external Amazon partners like Freight Partners and Delivery Service Partner (DSPs). Small businesses are critical to many aspects of Amazon’s ecosystem and the AGC team helps these partners be successful by fostering community connections, accelerating learning opportunities, and providing customer feedback mechanisms on program and product initiatives and updates.

Basic Qualifications

3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience Knowledge of analytic tools Event coordination or management experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $48,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $116,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
