A week in the life of a Program Manager (Journeyman):
Organizes, directs, and manages contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex and inter-related project tasks. Manages teams of contract support personnel at multiple locations. Maintains and manages the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization. Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items. Ensures conformance with program task schedules and costs. Works with senior leadership to develop business opportunities and assists with proposal efforts across various directorates.
Job Requirements
Possess a Secret clearance. Bachelor's degree required.12-15 years of related experience. Possess and apply a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. Be able to plan and lead major technology assignments. Be able to evaluate performance results and recommend major changes affecting short-term project growth and success. Function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments. Be able to supervise others.

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is $120,000-160,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
