• ResponsibilitiesDaily Expectations for Your RoleAs a Data Annotation and Data Labeling Operations Associate you play a pivotal role in our mission to advance AI's proficiency.
• Your responsibilities include:Perform quality audits and provide feedback based on audit performance.
• Maintain workflow and test new tools for effectiveness.
• Work cross-functionally to align on goals and standards of accuracy.
• Work with labelers and engineers to identify and/or escalate bugs to maintain steady throughput.
• Identify potential annotators for up-leveling or special assignments.
• Support other team members and provide training as needed.

Your Pathway to SuccessKey QualificationsYour unique skills and qualifications are key to our shared success in pushing the boundaries of AI. We seek candidates with:Experience in data labeling operationsExperienced and comfortable with SQL and/or JSONAbility to think in systems and processes, utilizing a systematic approach to work. Ability to support specific disciplines such as coding, creative writing, law, medicine, or an ability to speak multiple (3+) languagesExceptional attention to detail and consistency in producing and reviewing high-quality content. Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills in English. Located in (or within a commutable distance to) San Francisco, CA, with a commitment to working onsite 3 days per week. Preferred qualifications:Experience in content design or creative writing
