Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role as an Associate at Amundsen Davis, LLC. As an Associate, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to legal matters, including conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, participating in client meetings, and assisting with case management. While this role is primarily based in our Cleveland office, we offer flexibility for some remote work as well.
Qualifications Strong legal research and writing skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAttention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentExperience with transactional and/or litigation mattersKnowledge of labor and employment laws is a plusJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the state bar
