The preferred location for this position is Alpharetta, GA, however, we will welcome highly skilled and experienced candidates residing close to a major airport, anywhere in the United States. What You Will Be DoingHere’s an overview of your responsibilities and how you can leverage your expertise:Conduct audits of industrial facilities to assess instrumentation needs and propose engineering designs and estimates for electrical instrumentation upgrades. Design, specify, and implement instrumentation systems for pulp and paper manufacturing processes, including sensors, control valves, analyzers, and related equipmentPerform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of instrumentation-related issues to minimize downtime and improve reliabilityReview vendor quotes and documentation to ensure appropriate instrument applicationPrepare and evaluate tender and construction packages, including electrical and instrumentation design drawings, installation specifications, and other supporting documentation.
