The ideal candidate will be responsible for timely and accurate preparation of financial accounting data in a variety of areas. It is essential that this candidate brings analytical and organizational skills in order to best support the accounting team. ResponsibilitiesApply in-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and ensure accuracy of all financial reporting activityPerform month-end and year-end close processPrepare financial statements, r3eporting packages and regulatory reporting documents timely and accuratelyApply meticulous attention to detail through observation, analysis, and logic to analyze financial results, reconcile accounts and resolve complex finance issues
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, or Finance5 years' experience in accountingProficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot tables, VLookupsCPA preferred but not required
