Description: JOB TITLE

Project Coordinator

MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):

Experience in the Wireless business and deployment of wireless cell sites

Proficient use of Excel

Works well in databases and manipulating data

Excellent Communication Skills

Self Motivated/Self Starter

Ability to work in a fast paced environment, ask questions, and network with others

Proven track record of engaging teams to support a goal

Proven track record of delivering results

Working knowledge of systems like People Soft /Fuze SPM / Quick Bid

DESIRED SKILLS

Fuze or equivalent Site management database experience a plus

Skilled use of Tableau or Excel macros/pivots/vlookups

Project management skills

Working knowledge of PeopleSoft (Purchasing System) i.e., creation of purchase orders.

JOB DUTIES

Supporting the implementation team with all types of project objectives for the securing and building of wireless assets

Creating Material Requests

Forecast future needs based on project start dates

Ensure proper tracking of all components of numerous projects

Track Capital budget requirements related to the cell site deployment

Monitor all expenditures

Prepare purchase orders and ensure vendor payment

Equipment Procurement & Optimization

Oversee equipment receipt and acceptance.

Using internal tools to process documentations required for FAA/FCC filings and compliance.

Conduct competitive bidding via Qucik Bid or any current on-line bidding system, primarily based in People Soft.

Support Construction Engineers in 8 states.

Self-manage small scale projects as a Construction Engineer as needed.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

4Yr Degree or 5 years wireless experience

High School Diploma/GED required

LOGISTICS

Shift: Standard 8-5; No weekend work is required; No on-call work required
