Experience and Knowledge

Understanding of MDM for ERP migration journeys (Oracle Cloud and R12, SAP) Experience in Data Analytics, ETL, and data warehouses Experience with Project/Program Management

Skills & Qualifications

Experience in leading end to end data and analytics projects while interacting with other business stakeholders within the organization. Technical expertise in one of the following data workstreams: Data Migration/ Extraction, Data Transformation using market leading ETL tools, Report development, Data Modeling, Master data management or Data Engineering. Exposure to a Data Migration process including preparation of migration strategy, conversion plan, timing of data loads, object dependencies, sequencing of tasks. Experience working in any major transformation projects like Oracle ERP or SCM or Salesforce etc. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Extensive collaboration experience with functional and technical leads, business users, and Oracle SMEs.

Day to Day

This individual will be responsible for leading a large transformational initiative for a group within the organization, ensuring the transformation is on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. The company is migrating from Oracle ERP to Cloud – this individual will be collaborating cross-functionally with Data Platform, ERP, Data Quality, Program Management, and the Business teams to direct a portfolio of transformational data projects. The Director will be proactively identifying risks and areas of improvements and will develop mitigation plans to ensure successful program delivery. Success in this role requires strategic thinking, attention to detail, risk management, excellent project management, and change management skills, and a strong connection to the business and technology stakeholders. This role will be on a hybrid schedule, three days per week onsite.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in compute science, computer engineering, or IT
