Job Description:Our client is seeking a Content Specialist to join their Student Experience Team. This individual should have the skills to craft engaging email/SMS campaigns, including gathering requirements, writing, design and building the assets within a marketing automation platform.

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesLearn and maintain the brand voice of clients’s schoolsWork with colleagues and partner teams to identify communication opportunities, explore existing resources and develop new communication experiencesIdentify opportunities for personalization based on data pointsWrite initial copy for emailsDevelop basic graphics for emails in CanvaBuild emails and journeys in marketing automation tool (Eloqua)Attend regular meetings and contribute to ideationBring a sense of care… and a sense of humor

QualificationsMin 2-4 years of experience in related positions. (B2C/Consumer communication)Ability to connect and collaborate with a variety of colleagues across the organizationExperience writing short, concise and engaging contentExperience with design tools such as Canva or PhotoshopExperience working in email marketing (Eloqua experience a plus)Understanding of content personalizationAbility to articulate and customer needs throughout a customer journeyAbility to work across multiple brands and priorities simultaneouslyDemonstrates initiative and can work independently

Preferred:Student communication experience (existing students)

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $35.50 - $38.96/Hourly (W2).

Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
