Arnold & Porter is seeking a mid-level associate to join the Consumer Products Practice Group in our New York or Washington, DC office. Qualified applicants for this position will have a minimum of four years of experience and expertise in regulatory counseling and enforcement regarding the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). Qualified applicants must have superb legal writing skills, academic credentials, and references. Arnold & Porter excels at addressing the spectrum of CPSC matters — regulatory compliance, enforcement actions, and recalls – including representing clients in CPSC civil penalty investigations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that values direct client contact, professional growth, mentoring and training.
Applicants must currently be licensed, or currently be eligible to become licensed, to practice law in the jurisdiction in which they are applying.
The salary range for this position is $310,000 to $390,000 commensurate with experience.
