About The Company
Our client is a multi-billion dollar credit focused asset manager managing funds for institutions, high-net-worth individuals, and retail investors. The Senior Associate will be part of the firm’s real estate arm and assist with the financial reporting.
Responsibilities
Assist with the month-end and quarter-end close processPrepare and analyze financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statementsAssist in preparation of quarterly SEC filingsAssist with researching and preparing technical accounting memosProvide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making processesDevelop and maintain workpapers that are SOX compliantWork with internal and external auditors
Responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree required4-5 years of public and private experience at a financial services firmStrong Excel skillsSEC exposureWorkiva and Yardi experience a plusCPA a plus
Salary Range
$130,000-$140,000
