Responsibilities Include The Following• Drafting and reviewing motions and pleadings• Conducting legal research and analysis• Providing legal counsel and advocacy on behalf of clients• Representing clients in court proceedings, hearings, and depositions• Handling all written discovery from service to completion• Preparing for and attending trials as needed• Communicating professionally with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel
