My client is a growing IP and technology law firm with a broad national and international client base that focuses on patent prosecution, complex litigation (patent, trademark, trade secret, trade dress, and complex commercial), licensing, corporate transactions, and more.
They are looking for an experienced litigation Partner in their Dallas office. Ideally you will have 10+ years of complex litigation experience. Experience working with clients in the technology sector is preferred but not required.
The position offers opportunities for major responsibilities, direct client contact, and all phases of litigation.
