This role is pivotal in supporting our legal professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our firm's legal processes.
Responsibilities for this role include:Preparing court documentsCrafting legal paperwork like pleadings and discovery requestsManaging court deadlines, appearances, depositions, mediations, and hearingsAiding in pre-trial preparations such as drafting trial documents and organizing exhibitsCoordinating with court reporters, translators, and experts as necessary
Qualifications:At least 1+ years of experience in Personal Injury litigation, Employment LitigationProficiency in calendaringFamiliarity with filing procedures, including e-filingPrior experience in preparing deposition notices
