A well known Internationally Acclaimed Pool Designer company are looking to hire a Part Time 30 hours per week Bookkeeper. Great people and great work environment.

Fluency and experience with operating QuickBooks. Send and create invoices for clients. Follow up on unpaid balances/collections. Create and account for Bi- Weekly payroll Including submitting payroll taxes. Pay subcontractors (3 including bookkeeper.) Part of biweekly payroll. Creating Accounts Receivable reports and Accounts payable reports. Paying company bills. Bank Statement Reconciliation. Receiving and accounting for client payments. Preparing invoices for equipment orders. 3 to 5 a year. Managing Chart of accounts. Work with accountants for tax filing. Pay quarterly estimated tax payments and payroll taxes. Payroll summary report for Quarterly tax payment filing sent to accountant or IRS for processing. Creating monthly billing reports for invoicing. Field emails related to bookkeeping tasks as shown above and occasional phone calls.
