Logistics Associate

My client is seeking to add a Logistics Associate to their expanding team. This is a Direct Hire Opportunity. The primary responsibility of this role is to support the seamless operation of the warehouse facility while ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols. This entails facilitating a range of supply chain activities, including coordinating receipts and meticulously managing shipping documentation. The ideal candidate will possess robust organizational skills and a comprehensive understanding of the order fulfillment process, thereby ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of customer orders, coupled with proficient inventory management abilities.

Responsibilities:the storage, distribution, inventory control, and record-keeping of warehouse items.receive and process incoming stock and materials.the identification and documentation of any defective or damaged goods.label and tag merchandise for easy identification and retrieval.orders promptly and accurately using available stock.precise records of quality, quantity, stock levels, and expiration dates.input data into inventory and logistics software platforms.utilize suitable tools for merchandise management.the maintenance of tool logs, warehouse cleanliness, and adherence to organizational standards.additional tasks as delegated.

Skills:experience in roles such as Logistics Administrator or Warehouse Administrator is preferred.with logistics software and transport management systems is advantageous.organizational and time-management abilities are crucial.written and verbal communication skills are imperative.experience with INFOR LN software is a desirable attribute.
