Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for an Azure Cloud Architect at Astreya located in Atlanta, GA, with flexibility for some remote work. The Azure Cloud Architect will be responsible for solution architecture, infrastructure design, software development, and integration. The architect will also be responsible for creating and maintaining the system and application architecture for complex, high-availability, and high-performance cloud-based solutions.
- Qualifications7+ years' architecting Azure Cloud SolutionsDesign and implement a cloud-based solutions that successfully meet the functional and technical requirements.
- Build and oversee the cloud systems, including servers, storage, performance and network infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration of cloud services.
- Lead the adoption of new Azure Cloud technologies and establish best practices.
- Experience architecting, building, and deploying applications to AzureExperience in project-based consulting related to application or system architectureExperience with Infrastructure as Code, automation, CI/CD, and DevOps practicesExperience with Azure Storage Technologies such as Disk, Blob, Elastic SAN, and NetApp FilesKnowledge of Azure Security servicesKnowledge of Azure administration, troubleshooting, and optimization activitiesExperience with Azure Policies, cloud governance, and native monitoring & alertingKnowledge of Azure Container ServicesExperience with Azure networking, connectivity to and within Azure, including VPN and ExpressRouteFamiliarity with Microsoft workloads such as Windows Services, Windows Servers, Active Directory, etc.
- Experience of Azure IOT HUB will be added advantage.
