$75 Billion Alternative Asset Manager Seeks a Chief Compliance Officer
- Reporting to the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer
- Supervising a staff of 4-6
- Work Closely Across all Compliance Groups/Teams
- Conduct Reviews Made Under Investment Company Act/Advisers Act and SEC Exemptive Reliefs
- Streamline & Improve Compliance Workflow
- Oversee Tools and Technology to Improve Current Compliance Processes
- Assist in Developing & Implementing the Firm’s Policies and Procedures.
- Assist in Overseeing all Generalist Compliance Matters Including Trading, MNPI, Information Barriers, Wall Crossing, etc.
- Oversee Internal Compliance Training/Education Sessions
- Oversee Regulatory Inquiries or Examinations
Qualifications:*12-20 Years of Compliance at another Alternative Asset Manager- Private Equity/Hedge Fund *Strong Experience with Investment Company 1940 Act/Advisers Act *Strong Experience with Trading, MNPI, Information Barriers, Wall Crossing *Credit Experience & Experience with BDC's a Big Plus*Strong Leadership Skills Base Salary 300k+ Bonus- 500k-600k all in.
