Your Impact

As Axon grows our global hybrid workforce, collaboration tools play an increasingly critical role in helping us work as a team. Based out of our Boston office, this role will take ownership of our physical conference rooms, broadcast AV systems and related software tools to enable simple, reliable and impactful collaboration for Axon’s East Coast offices.

What You’ll Do

Location: Onsite at our new Boston, MA office. 20% travel required to support high profile events in Washington DC or Atlanta.

Reports to: Director of IT Client Services

Take ownership of conferencing and collaboration hardware and tools for our East Coast facilities (Boston, Washington DC, Atlanta) Work with executives and other stakeholders as an event producer for internal webinars or live events Provide in person IT Support as required for local office employees Upgrade and maintain our Pro AV systems in partnership with our existing AV production team. Identify new hardware and software tools to ensure that Axon remains at the cutting edge in collaboration capabilities

What You Bring

5+ years of experience working as a Client Engineer or Pro AV technician Experience with the design and setup of Pro AV gear including video mixers, switching equipment and live sound  Experience running AV production for both live and Zoom Webinar events Experience providing direct support to C-Level executives Track record of being a thought leader in the collaboration space Experience with VMix Demonstrated understanding of core IT systems such as network, Azure Active Directory, Okta  A passion for new technology, being hands-on and building

The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 49,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 81,000 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
