Program Control Analyst II (Hybrid)

Project finance plans, controls, and reports program performance relating to cost and schedule according to the Earned Value Management System. Project finance is a well-rounded role that introduces an employee to the various facets of BAE Systems finance.

This role within the F-35 Solutions Product Line within Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) Business Area is an opportunity to support the Mission Systems/Future Capabilities Program Families. Working within the F-35 Solutions Development portfolio, this role is a key contributor to the success of EW development in the Electronic Systems Sector.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related degree / equivalent experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office toolsAbility to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast-paced environmentUnderstanding of program costs, revenue recognition, profit, cash and collectionsAbility to make decisions with sound judgment while complying with policies and proceduresStrong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse work teams

Prior exp. with Program Controls / Program FinanceAnalytical and problem solving skillsCapability to communicate and present financial data to other functions in an accurate and understandable mannerFamiliarity with Oracle, Hyperion, ProPricer, and CobraGeneral knowledge of industry practices and standardsExperience implementing Earned Value Management processes

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $64130 - $109010

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
