Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Data Analyst to support our SAP ERP implementation. The successful candidate will play a key role in data conversion, focusing on the development of standard data conversion load processes across divisional deployments, and directly loading data into SAP S/4. This role provides a challenging opportunity to contribute significantly to the success of our enterprise-wide system upgrades and integration.
Reporting Line: This role reports directly to the SAP Data Conversion Lead.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee and execute data conversion load activities into SAP S/4, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all data requirements. Collaborate with divisional data extract teams, addressing any additional data needs and loading data into SAP.Coordinate closely with divisional data validation teams to ensure they receive necessary information and reports for effective data validation. Work in partnership with SAP PMO, Consulting, Business Technology, and Divisional Deployment teams to streamline data load processes. Develop and refine data conversion load processes using relevant tools and software. Analyze data from multiple sources, translating complex data findings into comprehensible terms for stakeholders across the organization. Design and operationalize automated data conversion load processes, identifying and implementing improvement opportunities. Document data requirements, maintain thorough documentation of data conversion load programs, and support corporate data requests. Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, presenting technical information effectively to a variety of audiences. Essential Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of four years of higher education. At least 2 years of experience in SAP data conversion, specifically skilled in using Legacy System Migration Workbench (LSMW) or SAP Migration Cockpit. Preferred experience in SAP S/4 implementation projects. Strong knowledge of system implementations, data loads, data conversion, and governance practices. Excellent managerial, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate with various teams.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in leading cross-functional projects and initiatives. Demonstrated ability to solve problems creatively and drive process improvements. Advanced skills in data analysis and data handling tools.
