bd's Mongolian Grill is a fun place to eat and work. We want you to enjoy your job, and we will do all that we can to provide a fun and energetic atmosphere.
Food is the reason people go to a restaurant. At bd's, much of our kitchen is in our dining room. You are an essential part of the guest experience. If the food looks fresh and plentiful, our guests are excited to dine with us. In addition, you can help ensure that our guests make a great stir-fry by guiding them through the market area. You create Mongo Magic so that each and every guest leaves happy!
Requirements
Bring a professional and well groomed appearance to the job Interact with our guests in the Market Area and communicating in a positive manner Become familiar with the Kitchen and market area; with a knowledge of all products and product specifications. Prepare and handle food while adhering to sanitation practices Fill and maintain the market area, ensuring that all items are fresh and pans are full. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the Market Area and the kitchen Be able to execute a recovery strategy and know when to get a manager involved.
