Duties include
Able to work with owners, design team, contractors, sub-contractors, on pre-develop and construction of various types of projectsAble to work with team to bid contractsManage contractors and sub-contractors in the fieldPerform field inspections and maintain quality controlReview Change Orders, RFIs, Submittals and manage process to maintain scheduleAble to track and verify costs on job sitesAble to successfully close out projects.
