Sr. Middleware AdministratorHybrid in Nashville, Tn This position is responsible for all middleware systems' oversight and technical expertise. The Sr. Middleware Administrator will provide technical guidance for installs and configuration of the middleware components while working closely with architects and managers to develop documentation and administer the overall middleware environment. This position is responsible for middleware development plans, technical support, architectural execution, and deployment methods. ResponsibilitiesDrives, Delivers, and manages middleware solutions.• Strong technical understanding of middleware technologies and determining viability of these solutions within our application and infrastructure ecosystem• Serves as point of escalation for troubleshooting, analysis and problem-solving to drive solutions while working closely with other teams within the middleware technologies.• Define the best middleware methodologies in implementing middleware architecture within our enterprise.• Educates and evangelizes middleware best practices in architecture and solutions to senior leadership and/or stakeholders.• Partners with managers, leads, and architects to utilize and determine the best middleware solutions.• Collaborate with managers and architects to articulate a strategic roadmap for middleware solutions and vision across applications.• Manage and catalog middleware solutions across the enterprise which includes upgrades, patches, and new releases to ensure the company is compliant with the latest software releases. Minimum years of Experience5 years of Middleware experience5 Years of hands-on Middleware ImplementationImplemented Middleware as an enterprise solution.3-5 Years of Middleware Administration & Support. Have leveraged Middleware in a hybrid environment.
