Position Overview

Boeing Defense & Space (BDS) is currently looking for a Technical Integrator to join the P-8 Mission Systems team located in Tukwila, WA.

Position Responsibilities

Evaluates customer and /operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces. Performs various analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture. Develops the planning, organization, implementation and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management and technology readiness assessment processes. Resolves cross-functional technical issues. Integrates cross-functional production system support and improvement initiatives across Mission Systems teams, suppliers, customers and business partnersWorks with organizational and program leadership to develop, implement and execute Mission Systems technical and performance metrics approaches and management systemsLeads organizational efforts to implement emerging MS&B Mission Systems Capability processes, initiatives and strategies

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience):

Bachelor's degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science3+ years of engineering integrated product team experience3+ years of experience coordinating cross-functional efforts across multiple teams3+ years of project management experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills & Experience)

Prior Mission Systems design or hardware management experienceP-8 or equivalent commercial derivative military airplane program experienceExperience interfacing with DOD customers and suppliers

Typical Education/Experience

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard

Shift

This position is for 1st shift.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary pay range: $104,550 - $141,450
