The Opportunity

Do you want to create and manage a training program that will transform and impact the entire company? We have an opportunity for a program coordinator who is committed to developing impactful training in the area of ethics, compliance, safety, security, and state-based learning requirements.

On our team, you'll serve as program coordinator for mandated trainings which includes ethics, compliance, safety, security, and state-based learning requirements. You'll develop and foster cross-functional team relationships and work closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to analyze, develop, and implement learning program strategies, plans, and processes. As the learning and training expert, you'll partner with key stakeholders, subject matter experts, and learning business partners to assess needs, prioritize requests, and recommend appropriate solutions. You'll facilitate and manage projects from the initial requirements gathering phase through implementation, while creating and managing project plans, cross-functional resources, and timelines for internal and external resources, such as 3rd party vendors.

In partnership with a vendor, you'll design and develop highly engaging and interactive learning solutions while applying industry standard methodologies, such as ADDIE, SAM, and Agile, to the full course development life cycle by developing a course needs assessment, program strategy, course design, implementation, and evaluation. You'll manage and ensure the timely completion of specific and defined multi-discipline learning programs. You'll serve as an internally recognized project manager and training expert responsible for coordinating efforts across the Learning community, People Services, third party vendors, stakeholders, and Enterprise Technology Services and Solutions (ETSS) in support of integrated learning programs and solutions.

How You'll Contribute:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Legal, Ethics and Compliance, Security Services Team (SST), and People Services, such as Accommodations and Employee Relations, to assess required training needs and solutions.
• Leverage deep understanding of available industry recognized content across the spectrum of learning and development service offerings to make recommendations to deliver effective and efficient solutions.
• Create and manage project plans, including key milestones and deliverables for multiple workstreams balancing resources, schedules, and priorities.
• Maintain responsibility for the day-to-day curriculum and program management and maintenance activities.
• Serve as a liaison to, and escalation point for, stakeholders, SMEs, and vendors.
• Maintain responsibility for vendor relationships, monitoring vendor performance throughout the project life cycle, and ensuring that deliverables are in line with Booz Allen’s standards and branding.
• Advise on new and existing learning technologies, trends, and systems to deliver learning in a range of modalities, such as vILT, online learning, webcasts, mobile, social, video, microlearning, and authoring tools.
• Leverage available data to monitor and evaluate learning program efficiency and effectiveness, training completion rates, ROI, and business impact in support of best practices and recommendations for improvement.
• Demonstrate in-depth project and vendor management experience, including identifying, qualifying, selecting, and monitoring vendors and suppliers through final delivery.

You Have

6+ years of experience with designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating multiple learning solutions and modalities6+ years of experience managing large scale programs focused on learning and development, and human capital or peopleExperience in a leadership role in a collaborative and matrix environmentExperience presenting to and interacting with senior leaders in a consultative mannerExperience with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to build consensus and solid cross-functional relationshipsAbility to analyze and de-conflict information from a variety of sources to form instructionally sound course contentAbility to create supporting course documentation, including design documents, storyboards, style guides, and learning objectivesAbility to translate complex concepts and data into graphically appealing and easy to understand presentationsBachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
