The Field Service Engineer Will Be Responsible For
Daily logging of tasks and activities via JIRA Service DeskUser and device onboardingProviding end user support for various applicationsParticipation in team meetings and collaboration for upcoming projectsProviding onsite support for hardware and software upgradesProviding prompt and courteous resolution to user requests and issuesProviding security, compliance and HIPAA checks at all practices
In order to qualify, you must have
High School diploma or GED requiredRelated 4 year College degree preferredMCSA, A+ , CISSP desirableKnowledge of HIPAA, compliance, and electronic medical record systems helpfulKnowledge of physician practice management systems and workflow helpfulMinimum 3 years’ experience with PC hardware and software, printers, notebooks, Macs, iPads, and mobile devicesExperience supporting Windows 10 and macOSExperience with Active DirectoryExperience with security and protection tools, antivirus and malware detection and removalFamiliarity with TCP/IP networking, VPN, Wi-FiKnowledge of Windows Server, VMware, and Citrix desirableKnowledge of JIRA helpfulKnowledge of Cisco Meraki network gear as well as switches, routers, and firewalls desirableMust own a reliable car and be able work remotely and independentlyLocal travel: up to 90%Must be able to lift 50lbs
