IT System Administrator (Tier II) MSP

We are seeking a qualified IT System Administrator (Tier II) to join our team and provide white glove support to our client base. The IT System Administrator (Tier II) will split time between resolving technical issues remotely and onsite, while also providing project support. The projects include virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), migration (M365 and Azure), and server/network upgrades (SonicWall). As a IT System Administrator (Tier II), you will have the opportunity to show off your skills as a trusted technical resource, and a polished communicator who has the grit to resolve server, computer, application, network, and security challenges.
IT System Administrator (Tier II) MSP Requirements:3+ years experience working for a Managed Service ProviderAdvance support for servers and other critical components in AzureKnowledge and hands-on experience providing technical support to users using Microsoft 365 and GoogleExcellent knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in troubleshooting and support as well as servers, desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and network management software – this includes TCP/IP 4 routing /firewall/VLAN abilitiesExtensive experience working and understanding working with VMware and/or Hyper-VP2V and V2V migrations experienceTicketing and RMM experience (ConnectWise and ITGlue)
