Responsibilities:Collaborate with Business Development on pricingAnalyze warranty costs and set up monitoringReview material and labor costs for cost-effectivenessDocument findings and recommend changesDesign and approve form/report modificationsRun cost analysis utilitiesProvide weekly progress reportsAnalyze parts with less than 10% gross marginEnsure accurate classification of warranty work ordersUpdate standard costs and perform R&I calculationsMonitor warranty reserves and obsolete inventoryEvaluate work for compliance with standardsAddress customer complaints and inquiriesGather and analyze information for problem-solvingReport metrics and financial data for management reviewPossess proficiency in SQL, Microsoft ExcelPerform other assigned duties
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldProven experience as a Cost Accountant or similar roleStrong understanding of cost accounting principlesProficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft ExcelAnalytical mindset with attention to detailExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
