Top-tier international law firm seeks an Administrative Assistant for its Los Angeles office. Tasks include scheduling and coordination of support for committee and management team meetings and others, calendar management, coordination of travel arrangements, processing and tracking travel and expense reports, monitoring vendor activities and payments, acting as back up for Guest Services team, filing, copying, and processing correspondence. Assistant will work with Legal Recruiting and Development, Accounting and General Services (mail, FedEx, UPS, messengers). Firm prefers a 4-year degree but not required, depending on experience. You must be able to hit the ground running with MS Office Suite and administrative functions. Salary range is $70-82k, depending on experience, qualifications, and skills, plus amazing benefits.
