Camino Search is delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing Series A (VC-backed) SaaS business seeking a CFO.
This is a very exciting role, working with the Founder and CEO to effectively scale the business. This is a rapidly growing consumer-based business. Given the size of the business, the incoming CFO must have strong experience both within SaaS and fast-growing startups, as you will be expected to play an operational role to help scale the company.
Responsibilities: Owning the global budget end-to-end (incl. cash flow, budget planning, accounting, and company audits)Create and present financial and tax recommendationsSupport the financial planning and analysis efforts internationallySupport the Founder & CEO on current and future investor relationsPrepare financial statements and reports for board meetingsEnsure legal compliance on all financial functionsManage relationships with banks & other financial partners
Experience Required: BA or equivalent in Finance/AccountingFundraising experienceMust be based in San Francisco or New York – hybrid (2 days in office)
