Campbell Law, P.C. is seeking a front desk legal assistant for a busy criminal law practice in Crown Point, Indiana. The ideal candidate should have a positive demeanor along with excellent client relation and communication skills. Candidates must also be able to multi-task and work independently without the need for constant oversight. Must also be proficient in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat. Spanish speaking is a plus.
Primary job responsibilities include opening and closing new client files, client communications, answering and returning phone calls, drafting letters, managing attorney calendar, coordinating hearing dates with court staff, drafting form documents, and gathering information from prospective clients.
