📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities

A Top Finance Firm that is consistently ranked "Best Place to Work" in San Francisco is seeking a savvy proactive Executive Assistant to support their dynamic CEO. In this high-level and fast-paced support role, you will act as the extension of the CEO in all business matters. This includes strategically managing an extremely busy calendar, coordinating numerous meetings, planning intricate global travel, managing communication and taking on ad hoc projects. Your ability to problem solve, exercise sound judgment, and commitment to the highest quality of assistance will be integral to your success here.   • This role is 4-5 days onsite

Salary: 185k - 200k + Generous Bonus + Excellent Benefits!

The Day to Day:Serve as a liaison to the CEO by handling all correspondenceManage CEO’s ever changing calendar by prioritizing meetingsCoordinate meetings and plan and execute eventsCreate documents such as reports, client presentations, and company overviewsOrganize detailed domestic and international travel and prepare detailed itinerariesPrepare expense reports and maintain a record of receipts and paperworkHandle long-term projects and strategic initiatives

Qualifications:Minimum of 8 years’ experience supporting a CEOBachelor’s degree requiredPreviously worked within the finance industryAbility to excel in a hyper-paced environmentWarm, positive, and professional demeanor with a proactive approach to all tasksFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and circumstancesMeticulous attention to detail and organization24/7 mentality with ability to be available outside of standard working hours
